The Saman Bank Terrace project is a sophisticated endeavor to harmonize urban office space with the soul of nature. Spanning 290 square meters, this project was envisioned as more than just a simple green space. The primary design objective was to strategically screen the visual clutter of adjacent buildings on the northern facade while curating a lush, forest-like vista on the western side. The project employs a "high biodiversity" approach, featuring a meticulously selected palette of 61 different plant species. By integrating a total of 2,031 plants, the design creates a miniature vertical forest. This dense greenery not only enhances the microclimate and air quality but also provides a serene, natural escape for the bank’s staff and visitors.
